Deserves an 8 or 9/10

its fucking fantastic. but this is all academic; my real reason to type a comment is to say you're fucking nuts and Anthrax ruled with Joey!

not really a surprise

massive pop rock band release album; have song on biggest teenage girl film phenomenon in decades soundtrack...i'd be shocked if they didn't go top 5.

gryff seemed fine when i spoke to him. maybe jetlagged.

boredoms had to go first due to the setup time; and i have a feeling we can't open the bars earlier than midday thus the part overlap?

i've liked all of their albums a bit. not much but a bit.

but when will they get rid of those haircuts :-(

for not including

Who Is It and Remember The Time from Dangerous and She Rocks My World from Invincible, you are nuts. Remember in particular stands up to anything from Wall, Thriller or Bad.

He

playing at Ten Years Of ATP festival in December!

btw folks that are going

the All Tomorrow's Parties film is showing at 9pm on the saturday night in the film tent. trailer and info: http://ourtrueintent.com/

better than the first two

but still his vocals are too high in the mix (lyrics aren't as clever as he and other seem to think they are and his voice isnt particularly interesting or strong) and the music's still a bit too pedestrian. this is my opinion.

We just released 50 more tickets

for the tortoise show which has indeed almost sold out:
http://www.atpfestival.com/Events/TortoiseLondon/Tickets.php

these are the last ones though.

agree 100%

pretty much an instant classic.

and all those who will say below 'yeah but its not uber uber experimental and the riffs repeat more than once in a track and it's not as clever as my favourite 50 copy limited edition Prurient side project' smell of wee.

deserves an 8 or 9

all killer no filler.

they're playing

The Garage in August:

patti smith?

rubbish

i tell you!

damn ye patronisingness!

its not a brilliant album but it no way deserved to be so badly treated by most critics.

the tortoise album

is great fun, you foooool. the version of thunder road is stunning!

also

as there's no feasible way to distinguish between legal and illegal mp3 transfer on a mass scale, there's no way to implement most of these plans. also, there's nothing to stop me encrypting every file i transfer thus allowing nobody but me to know what exactly i'm transferring. likewise, are the government going to open every zip file to see whats inside?

my prediction: things will carry on exactly the way they are.

that statistic is a load of rubbish

because there's actually no way to calculate it. at all.

i was under the impression

these were new tracks rather than 'off cuts'?

along with pulp, sfa

best british indie band of the 90s

hoorah

for everett's continued support of the drones. their new album is amazing and out feb 16th in everywhere except australia where it's already out
