in some songs he sounds a bit
like Johnny Borrell
300 people were invited?
That's still a lot of people.
Also the four bouncers hired, probably the worst four bouncers in the world.
you need to work on
your 'comedy'
I reckon she'll make Davina McCall look
like David Frost
Good review
I think it's a fantastic album I'm just wary of doing my usual listen to it 100 times in the first week and not listening to it again. I must resist.
Good Review
It'a 10 for me as well, my only fear is that I'm listening to it far too much and won't want to listen to it again a few months down the line.
I love Sun Tongs and Feels but I found there was a bit too much filler there, sprawling songs with lengthy build ups that never quite get there. There's none of this on Strawberry Jam imo.For Reverend Green is my song of the year so far by a long long way.
Cheers
Fantastic song
Have only listened to half the album so far but to me it seems better than Sung Tongs and could be overtaking Feels.
there I said it.
What do you mean
by Father's Day duo the Black Keys?
Have only listened through
the album once and Atlas stands out for me so far. Was expecting more vocals on the other songs.
Think it will need a few more listens to fully absorb it.
Not sure it would be considered dance music (whatever that means)
Is 'Lad-Rock' which is a
fucking horrible term soley enjoyed by males then?
At first it's really
good but after two listens becomes pretty tired. There's some good observations and some poor ones. My favourite is the paedophile one.
In some parts he sounds like Sacha Baron Cohen.
That is all.
Good sound live
but all the stage charisma of a bucket of swill
A good refreshing
review and not what I was expecting.
I won't be buying this as I've got most of their albums and to be honest I don't listen to them.
A mess for me too
and as I'm using a work PC there's no chance I can change to Firefox or anything else
Kicking the shit out a bloke
who is with a pregnant woman and a disabled child is pretty damn disgusting.
You just know they were gutless pricks as well who wouldn't dream of doing anything if they were on their own
