Shellac were not dull.
Okay, the set was a bit long but they're one of the tightest live bands I've seen and the delivery was just ferocious. I wanted to like Pissed Jeans a lot more, but the sound was crap. Om at least were heavy but, yeah, a bit dull after a while.
I love Albini,
hate the Manic Street preachers- for the most part. Maybe he'll bring out a side to them I haven't heard..

big deal- Slayer wrote Agel of Death, going into gory details
about Nazi atrocitiets, Seth Putnam with Anal Cunt's written several songs with names like "' Ha Ha Holocaust'. A single line in a music review is hardly any worse.
I dunno about 'shit'
slightly over-praised, maybe.
I'm hoping the NY No wave
theme is leading up to Naked City.
The Damned? Eeep.
Has this just turned into "let's get any old band who are still touring" now?
I'm hoping that
they steal Trivium's teen groupies and subjects them to the most degrading sexual acts imaginable.
Man, I need some money.
September's going to be the earliest I can raise it, and I don't want to risk it selling out.
Butthole Surfers, nice.
Squarepusher's dull as fuck though.
I'm hoping "melodic"
doesn't mean 'watered down and poppy'.
I hate you
and I'm not joking.
This line-up actually does
justify the extortionate ticket price (well, almost).
He does have a tendency
to beat up hecklers though.
Absolutely
Oxbow were superb- Eugene eats babies for sure.
Agreed
And they need to tour here.

I should mention that Bob Weston was
Frankenstein's Monster, not Frankenstein.
