Tip: if once you click through to basket and it's empty, it means someone has beaten you to the tickets you selected. Don't go back to the beginning of the process, stay on the page that says select number of tickets and refresh until you end up with some tickets in the basket. Worked for me!

It's now saying that the performance is sold out! Grrrr
