You could have just not mentioned them, I'm pretty sure there were more than four acts playing.

They had one of the blokes from Editors on and when Clint Boon said that Joy Division were an obvious influence on Editors the guy had the bare-faced cheek to say "not a direct influence" What a cock.

So you didn't see SFA's set cos you were chatting backstage (cliche or what?), yet they get a 6/10? Brilliant, well done.

but I've heard quite a few negative reviews, and apparently Cross is essentially just the compere, and does very little material.

They change the beginning and end, just the bit in between! As you say, they've had the same setlist for four or five years now!

I really hope they have a complete setlist renovation some time soon. I think I've heard Hello Sunshine and Golden Retriever enough times now. They only played one song each from Fuzzy Logic and Radiator. (Yes I know every fan of every band ever moans about this kind of thing)

I thought the cover was particularly cheap and nasty myself, I really can't work out if the Manics have taken complete leave of their senses or are just taking the piss out of everyone now, with the Lennon cover being the final straw
