Has anyone noticed how
similar the title and cover of this is to HLLLYH by The Mae Shi? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HLLLYH
hi
Brighton please, if there's still time!
!!!
!!!
!!!
well he seems to say it's enjoyable but nothing special
so 6 seems fair. Good review, enjoyed this.
While I do actually agree with the above poster ^
It's still a great shame to see Steve go. Consistently fantastic, spoke with a knowledge and warmness matched by few, and never afraid to give a great new band a platform, whatever level he was broadcasting at. Long live 6music afternoons.

Why aren't we having to convince you 'why we should win in 100 words or less' anymore, that was much more fun. The answer is, by the way, that the only pub that served Sagres near me has shut down now, and it's really nice and I want some more. Thanks x
Do you have shares in Twitter or something?
This is getting really annoying.
Why are
the los campesinos! albums treated as some dual-entity?
Does anyone else secretly love her new single?

err, me neither.
Fuck
I HAVE to see them.
A) Bollocks
FUCK THE GAP
I actually
really like this song! Didn't they used to be all doom and gloom?
NME.com readers
won't have read about this fiasco
Guillemots and Lightspeed Champion
aren't to be sniffed at for a supporting cast either
2002 was my 1997
I've yet to go to a houseparty that hasn't had 'Hate To Say I Told You So!' on the playlist :(
Killer song though
They shot a different video but apparantly weren't happy with it so went with the one in the news story. I prefer the other one - http://tinyurl.com/257a2l
get cake, eat cake
surely
I'd say this is the weakest track
on Antidotes.
I'm genuinly embarassed
for them and Peggy Sue & The Pirates for being on this list.
Nah
.
They're doing some other days too
Brighton!
Hi!
I can't pronounce either. The first one? Capybara.
Donald Vass in Brighton

DiS Records? No?
I really want this.
Seriously
The past two years have been amazing. For £35 you really can't go wrong! I worked out I saw something like 30 bands in 2007, mostly half-decent ones. Good chance to see bands you're undecided on aswell as if they're rubbish someone brilliant will be on 5 minutes walk away.
The first time I saw Bloc Party
some crowd surfing brute smashed my glasses! I kinda figure they owe me. Matt can empathise, surely?
Oh and when I asked for Silent Alarm for my birthday one year my mum thought it was a compilation you played at 'street parties'. It sounds like a bad joke but seriously, she refused to get it because she thought I'd go terrorising local grannies with it playing on a boombox or something. This card would clear up alot.
Last.fm
are backing it for the 'unlikely Christmas number one' so I think they've wopped some sleigh bells on it and released it again. I'm slightly embarassed to love this.
Wost thing about the Barfly
is that the toilet is like, next to the stage. Bad news for noses.
They've got a Brighton gig in January
Might be part of a full tour to go with the album?
Really?
Anyone else not into this? Feels to me like abit of a faux-ballad, if this was sung by that little one from The Enemy I don't think people would be batting an eyelid...
RE: The name
You remember it, don't you? Job done...
^
The 'leaked' copy of this was genuinely exciting but this is very average.
great Song
shoddy single?
How much
d'you reckon their major label paid someone to come up with that?
I can't believe
someone finally gave a half decent answer to the ol' "If the world was made of sweets..." question.
“If you live in a castle, you’re going to write about living in a castle and who wants to hear a fuc
Is there a point lost in there somewhere? What?
^
Have you heard LET'S LIGHTNING?
You forgot the video you lunatic
It's the best bit!
Would their record be worth getting
If they weren't board games/colouring books? I'm unconvinced.
I love this article
The format was a little before my time, but the sentiment is still true I think. There really is nothing better than a mix CD with some fabby hand crafted artwork and a really smooth tracklisting! (Except maybe a mix TAPE with some fabby hand crafted artwork and a really smooth tracklisting, though I'm yet to experience this)
Does
Some kind coolster fancy sending me the MP3zzz? I'll buy the 7 if they're good, trust.
Actually
That would mean some poor soul has paid a small fortune AND not got the tickets
