I really like this review

This album sounds fantastic. I'm definitely going to keep an eye out for it.

hahahahahah

The two distinct halves are mainly down

to something like a 6 month gap in recording, and they've clearly come back with a different approach.

This sounds very good

Nice review; really tempting me to have a look at it.

I hope I'll be as impressed with this as much as I was with the other DiS-recommended album: Besnard Lakes Are The Dark Horse.

Ebay

I love this

it's the best £3 I've spent in years.

Yes, it does.

I think it's great.

This does sound interesting indeed. Definately one to give a listen to on the net.

There is just too much music in the world to listen to.

So do I

After, leik, not really liking Alligator the brilliance of it suddenly kicked in one day and I've probably listened to it each day since then.

Kubb don't deserve a support slot with Field Music

never mind anything else.

And those comments are very lolworthy indeed.

It is

and so is the album. I still want to listen to it now as much as I did when I first got it. Under-rated, this is.

Wow

Because of the fact you created profiles for two bands I suggested two days ago, I love you. Therefore I'll assume this review is amazing and so is the record. I s'pose it's my fault I don't really understand it.

I think the review is a grower, doesn't grab me straight away; it makes me feel on the edge of it. It'll take repeated reads.

Wilco

are probably my favourite band EVER.

And I only have one album (no prizes for guessing which one) plus the live double CD.

I was looking forward to this review,

and it's given a great indication of what this record is all about. Excellent review.

Still not sure whether to go Rehearsing My Choir, but I think this will probably be the better option is I'm beginning to fall in love with Blueberry Boat after some time and effort with it.

OH PISS

I'm going back to Manchester (from Newcastle) on the 18th so I'm going to miss BOTH dates by one day!

In summary, FUCK.

NEED A GIG BUDDY FOR MANCHESTER

PLEASE

My uni mates are rubbish.

Not listened to this one yet

But the tracklisting looks like it'll be one of the most impressive yet! Can't wait to get on my computer at uni to listen to it.

By the way, the DiS Radio page needs updating.

Now I know I can't stomach a lot of music like this in the first place, but this is unlistanable to me. I think it's just a big mess. Sorry.

Indeed.

The mentioned bands are shit, although I havent heard anything by Milburn. I'll just presume their shit.

The Arctic Monkeys are far better and I was ready to dismiss this album but I really like it.

The problem is

is that Bromhead's Jacket and 1984 are shit. Both far worse than Arctic Monkeys.

I think

this collection of songs are better than the ones on A Certain Trigger - my favourite Maximo Park song is I Want You To Leave.

No

I just think you made a few people laugh. Me included.

I didn't go to Nottingham

but I saw BSP in Manchester (Pippettes supporting) and they played their B-side set then - which was astounding. And Rock In A was simply mental. BSP are my favourite band EVER! Really.

The Catweasels - The Catweasels

Sweet.

Watch out for these guys.
