Dance or Disco?
Donna Summer's music is and always was very versatile. Donna is a pop superstar and has won Grammy awards in ROCK, R&B, Pop, Dance & Gospel.. But never in Disco. why?, because Disco is Dance music. Disco is only a term for Dance music release in the 70's. Many would like to argue this but DISCO is technically not a specific form of music. It refers to a dance music period in time Therefore Disco has never died. It has evolved, but never died. It was just renamed to Dance or house, R&B, funk, techno ect. Donna is now Back were she belongs!!! The only questions is? "what took you so long!
