Judge Cosgrove of Summit County Court in Akron, Ohio sentenced Michael Kaminski correctly to a drug rehabilation clinic so he may have an opportunity to become clean of his addiction. Michael is truely remorseful for what he did under the influence of heroin. Most everyone who knows Mike is supporting Judge Cosgrove's decision and I personally applaud her. Good luck Mike.

Hi, I just would like to make a comment here about Mike. He is struggling deeply with an addiction to a terrible drug. Micheal would have never done what he did if he were not under the influence of that drug. He felt desperate. This is so sad for his family and friends and fans. The knife he was had on him was a gift to him from his beloved Grandfather whom Micheal adored and he had carried it with him since he was a young boy. It was a strong remembrance of his Grandfather to Micheal. This entire incident is just tragic and I hope the rock community understands that Mike is a talented musician who also happens to have a terrible disease called addiction. Tragic.
