I don't put much weight on the mark, but for me this is at least an eight. They were fantastic last week as well.

might take in the album at some stage, just seemed like one of those things that would be better live...

It's sorta great at points, but then it sorta grates at points.

absolutely loved it 13(!!!???) years ago, must've been my second or third album bought after great escape and maybe common people or something.

not heard it yet but if this review is accurate then that's a damn shame, listened to the EP about 5 times over the bank holiday weekend and it's just brilliant

with a producer making it good, enjoyed the review though, 7's about right, maybe a high six so far

where are notwist? That's an immense album

otherwise it's an underwhelming list for me, i mean there is a lot of good stuff in there, but no pyramids, feral children, johann johannsson, war on drugs, radiohead, ruby suns, dodos. The list goes on, but y'know different strokes for different folks, i still love the website n all

and i bloody well hope not. Compared to other indie bands of the time, they did seem to have a go at progressing their sound, i mean if you listened to reat escape next to thirteen next to think tank you'd be hard pushed to say it was the same band (that is if damon's voice wasn't so distinctive)
