Great revue
Haven't looked into this as i thought it was just a p*sstake, but it actually sounds like it would be worth a listen.

The United Kingdom.
Cheers
Isn't the singer from Ulterior...
ex Nottingham Forest and Plymouth Argyle player and britpop wannabe Paul McGregor?
A)
Yes
You should have asked them whether more people turned up to see the support 'artist' at their recent gigs
Apparently it was that Georgina Bailey of Manuelgate fame and her Satanic Sluts or whatever they are called.
In the Manchester Metro the gig was previewed with a full page and picture dedicated to her and 3 lines to My Vitriol.
i 'love'
that nobody will give a toss about Glassvegas in a few years time.
Can't Wait! their first album was great.
Are they any good live?
Went to the Birmingham one
In Short:
Lightning Bolt- Good but too quiet and for the amount of people who wanted to see them play this was maybe a time not to play near the toilets on the floor.
Pissed Jeans- Really good, shame the crowd wasn't really too interested.
Wooden Shijps- Crap acoustics mean't all the songs sounded pretty much the same, just in a different key.
OM- too much stoner stuff by this point already and not enough variety in the songs to sill out an hour set.
Shellac- Best band of the night (obviously) perfect set list.
But the venue was crap, it was far too quiet!
Amen to that!
MGMT were just dull and apart from the hippie fancy dress thing they have no stage presence at all!
They both do...
Thr drummer from the first album has always been the main songwriter. The first guitarist decided to go back to uni so he took over and now he shares singin duties with the singer of the first album . I prefer the original singer and i found the 2nd and 3rd albums pretty boring compared to the first one.
Manager on the guillotine.
For a second i was feeling quite pleased with myself.
