I nearly always like your articles Mike Diver, but dissing Brand New for their "emo self-cutting" music is a bit hypocritical after your massive (wrong) support of MCR surely? When Deja Entendu is far superior to ANYTHING MCR have ever written.

I've never seen Envy as comparable to Mono or Isis. They lean much more on the hardcore side than the post-rock/metal side. And this album is damn good, definitely an 8/10.

The new album is damn fucking good. Similar in style to Watch Out!, and even has a song sung by Gared O'Donnell from PMFS, which is all good.

I just bought two tickets from www.ticketweb.co.uk, they are the only place i found that still seems to have tickets. Give them a go.

Agreed. I've seen them twice live and they've been fucking awful both times. The album is one of the most bland pieces of shit I've heard in a long time.

Was waiting for DiS to review this record. It's fucking AMAZING, that kick into the second song just blew me away the first time I heard it. Such a good album.
