That's according to the folk in the forum on Brett Anderson's website, who admittedly might be obsessively deluded - BUT they were generally critical of both The Tears record and the first solo one, and they're saying this is the best thing he's ever done, including Dog Man Star (praise comes no higher from Suede fans). I'm highly dunious, but I've got my hands on this and will give it a listen tomorrow. I think it's just Brett on piano/acoustic guitar and a cello player.
