spanish bands
You can get links to music of all the bands from the Primavera myspace: www.myspace.com/primaverasound
As for the spanish bands, recommended listening are Lisabö, a vasque band that could very well be in dischord ( http://www.myspace.com/lisaboezlekuak ).
On the other hand 6pm is a duo very much in the Notwist or Hood vein, essential listening (www.myspace.com/sixpostmorning ). Finally Mús and Standstill are worth giving a chance.

Site/Hotels/Prices..
The festival is in a site especially designed for big events (Primavera Sound attendance is usually around 15000 per day). Within the site there are several stages of different sizes and one indoor auditorium that fits 3000 people seated.
Next to the site there are plenty of hotels (though quite pricey) and apartments to share. Youth hostel are mostly located in Barcelona centre but conections are really good and apparently the tube will be running all saturday night.
As for the price, it was even cheaper last week, before the first bunch of bands were announced.
The festival website has a forum where you can leave your doubts in english:

Acomodation/Lineup
It's an urban festival, so you have to find your own accomodation in Barcelona.
