I think I've lost all interest in Radiohead now.

But its amazing how much the song grows on you, bring on the album.

Not that I'm a fan of Harris or anything, I think he sucks. But God, that just makes for vile, scraping-the-bucket reading.

But this is a terrfic album nonetheless. Killing The Light, Weapon Of Choice, All You Do Is Talk and Am I Only are absolute stonkers.

...has more of the ultra sullen melancholic tunes like NYC, Hands Away and Untitled that Antics so sorely lacked.

I've been guilty of downloading the leaked version months ago (although I have it currently pre-ordered) and while Octopus was a crushing disappointment on first listen it has slowly revealed itself to be a gem of an album. It's just such sheer fun to listen too, the huge amount of instrumentation and genre clashes on offer only add to a good time. I had a huge hunch that Octopus was going to get slated on DiS so it's very pleasing to see quite the opposite. You're wrong about 'Who Cares What The Question Is?' though, surely it's an album highlight!

I can't believe this song didn't get less than a 4! Not because I dislike it but Stay The Night is the sort of pop tune that would likely spark some immense vitriolic rant about how wet and bland it is. The fact that the review doesn't say such things makes it rather refreshing, if i do say so myself.

It's utterly fantastic, total overwrought gold.
