A cheery-of-mood (if not lyric) piano-led number, single three from last year’s Friend Or Foe album might not be Menomena at their most immediate, but ‘Rotten Hell’ will nevertheless open fresh ears given a concentrated listen.
References: Arcade Fire, 13_-era Blur, something between the two. Seems ample detail enough to get _you clicking the below for a slice of downbeat indie-rock pie most tasty.

Ok, that's not quite what I thought it was going to be
Pretty cool film, but I must have missed the food fight lyrics the first time I heard this because I had a very different visual image in mind for this song.
