I like the album a lot, but I had to play this song again to remember which one it was, which I don't think would be the case for any of the others. This makes me doubt its suitability as a single, but that might just be me.

this edit takes the song completely out of context, be nice to hear the b-sides though, 'Bonzanoid Deathgrip' was ace.

labels seem a bit frightened of putting out songs that don't just bash out volume volume volume for 3 minutes.

it was fun to record the video on sky plus and play it at the right speed.

Oh common, all i've read are negative responses about this song. The song is not as good as some of the other Biffy songs but its definately good. The last few seconds are genious when they go into a rocky bit and the whole song is implemented perfectly. The b-sides again like many other b-sides are AWSOME. Maybe even better than the song its self. Drown in a natural light is a more heavy fast song whereas the new re-worked version of gently is alot slowed yet is simply awsome. All songs grow and grow on you every time you listen to them and this is why i encourage all people listening to Biffy for the 1st time to listen to them more than once when deciding if there good or not.

Recently seeing Biffy in Glasgow let me see this song live and like many Biffy songs are 10x as good played live. Biffy again have re-inforced they are one of the best live acts in britian.

Wouldn't be my choice for a single if Infinity Land was mine and I had to choose. Still, it's more radio-friendly than say Strung To Your Ribcage, which to me at least seems like the perfect third single. Strange how few people have commented on this songs greatness, just on the editting of it and its worthiness of single status. It needs to be reitterated that this is a really great song.
