I was going to go to see them in Wolves but it isn't going to happen...:(
Anyhoo....why Cornwall???It's so far away! It's supposed to be in my promotion (Traffic) region...riiiiight....3 hours away? Methinks not..but the gig will rock anyways!
Re: Span: Follow-up DiS Tour With Even Bigger Dates
Cornwall has a brilliant music scene, problem has always beem a lack of venues worth playing in. The Green Room in Redruth is a fairly new venue and has had some top quality rock and hip-hop artists grace its stage in the past 12-months or so.
Plus, it makes a change for quality national and international bands to actually venture further down this way than Bristol or Exeter... which has actually started happing in the past couple years or so... and long may it continue.
The crowds in Cornwall are always up for it, as the county has been starved of big and quality up-and-coming bands fo far to long.
The county is also full of musical talent... and is packed with good bands... problem is most of them go un-noticed by the labels who are far to obsessed with London and other big city's.
