January v Lowgold
January have attacked Lowgold, after the band slagged them off and nicked one of their guitars at a recent gig.
Guitarist Sarah Peacock told playlouder.com that the theft occurred after the two bands played together.
"We were meant to go on second, but their record company had bought a load of tickets so we had to go on first," she said. January then overran their allotted time, to the annoyance of Lowgold who took it upon themselves to slag off the band when they took the stage.
Following the gig, Lowgold made off with one of the band's guitars and songwriter Simon McLean's coat.
"We got the guitar back in the end," said Peacock, "which was lucky. But not the coat, we just fucking hate them. They're fucking sad cunts, they really are."
