the winning entry...
...this is some kind of genius:
Mike,
I'd probably say that a polar bear is more 'the shit' as it has the ability to stand on it's hind legs and shoot a gun far more easily than an alligator can stand on its tail and throw some knives. What's an alligator going to grip and throw knives with? An alligator has rubbish arms.
However, if the polar bear was possessing a firearm in the United Kingdom he could get in trouble. You may wish to know that last year the Home Office undertook a consultation exercise on Firearms Controls, and are currently assessing the 4,500 responses they received. I understand that Home Office Ministers are due to consider the outcome of the exercise and any proposed changes later this year. At this moment though, the Home Office does not propose to repeal the current laws on handguns. If this is the case then there is no way that the polar bear will be 'the shit' because he'll just get arrested.
I presume that the two beasts would be on neutral ground (London Zoo) as the alligator would get a cold belly in the polar bears territory (snow and all that stuff) and the polar bear would get a lot of glare off his fur in the alligators territory (they all come from Australia you see).
Tough question, but I'm still going for the polar bear because the alligator's arms are gash.
Please can I have the cd now?
Tom
Poor alligator...
...it's not his fault he evolved with short arms is it? I think the question is slightly biased in this respect.
I do agree with Mike, tho - the post is genius (in a very weird far out kinda way). It obviously took a lot of time and effort.
It does make me worry slightly tho.
