Dee Dee Ramone, of the Ramones (real name: Douglas Glenn Colvin) died in June, and yesterday the post-mortem revealed that his death was caused by a "lethal amount" of heroin in his body causing him to overdose.
His autobiography 'Lobotomy: Surviving the Ramones' tells his story of struggle with drug and alcohol abuse. There is also a book by Everett True, in the same vein as his Nirvana book, due for release later this year.
