Red House Painters Return
The band will release their first album in four years via Sub Pop
A spokesperson for the band said that 'Old Ramon' was originally recorded
two years ago, but not released after Supreme Recordings closed. The release
date for the new album has yet to be confirmed but the the provisional
release date is the 16th April.
'Old Ramon' will be followed by Mark Kozelek's solo album of AC/DC covers
'What's Next To The Moon', released via Badman Records on the 5th March.
The Painters' frontman also appears in the forthcoming Cameron Crowe film
'Almost Famous' as a bassist in the fictional band Stillwater.
