Watch: St. Vincent covers Big Black at the Bowery Ballroom

We're not usually ones for posting relatively low-quality videos of bands covering other bands but this time we have to make an exception. Mainly because it involves St. Vincent covering Big Black which, if ever there were a musical threesome, would be very near the summit of the list. Anyway, Annie Clark and co. covered Albini and co. at the Bowery Ballroom in NYC a couple of days ago and we couldn't not show you the result. So here it is.

Yes, we're sure they've/she's done this before, but we don't care. UPDATE: OH, wait, we've just realised this is the 'Our Band Could Be Your Life' concert thing arranged a few months ago. Apparently NPR are streaming the whole damned thing, so go there, I guess.
