There are rather a large amount of fantastic bands whose names begin with W. Even more so now than ever, and I'm including Weezer in this. In recent times, however, two of our favourites have been worriedaboutsatan and White Hinterland, who both coincidentally played a Drowned in Sound Presents show for us a few months ago at The Harley in Sheffield. See photos for that here.
Anyway, the two groups must've had a conversation that night or since then as the Leeds duo have remixed the Americans' astonishing 'Icarus', taken from their current LP Kairos. Anyway, give it a listen below, it's a neat rework of an already great track.
worriedaboutsatan don't have anything extensive live-wise coming up at the moment, but there is a show in Leeds at Nation of Shopkeepers along with Neon Indian on September 8 and one in London with Esben & The Witch and Gallops at Elektrowerkz on November 10.
