Not satisfied with just finishing another mammoth chunk of touring, this time with Sparky Deathcap and Copy Haho, Los Campesinos! have just confirmed a whole new set of wonderful dates for the month of February, and some of March.
NINETEEN DATES IN THREE WEEKS. That's an awful lot, but I guess they're fairly used to it now. Anyway, here are those dates for your diary:
February:
11 - Wrexham, Central Station (14+)
12 - Liverpool, EVOL@O2 (14+)
13 - York, Fibbers (14+)
15 - Aberdeen, Tunnels (14+)
16 - Dundee, Dog House (14+)
17 - Edinburgh, Bongo (18+)
18 - Derby, The Venue (14+)
19 - Leicester, Queen’s Hall (14+)
21 - Cambridge, Junction (14+)
22 - Norwich, Arts Centre (14+)
23 - Brighton, Audio New Slang Night (16+)
24 - Portsmouth, Wedgewood Rooms (14+)
25 - London, KOKO (15+)
26 - Falmouth, Princess Pavillion (ALL AGES)
27 - Bristol, Thekla (14+)
March:
1 - Birmingham, Rainbow Warehouse (18+)
2 - Northampton, Roadmender (14+)
3 - Reading, Oakford Social Club (16+)
4 - Kingston, Banquet New Slang (18+)
Obviously, the tour coincides with the release of their new album, Romance Is Boring, which we told you about some time last week. It will be released on February 1 in the UK and three days earlier in North America. More specific details can be found by clicking that link above. Ummmm, it's on Wichita, too.
Oh, and in other news, I think they all contracted Swine Flu or something. So get better, all seven of you AND any other members of bands slash Sparky Deathcap you may have infected.
