Vivian Girls plot tour of these shores in the New Year

The most wonderful girl-guitar/pop-noise band around today, Vivian Girls, have just announced a spate of dates on this very island for the New Year. Following on from the release of their second LP Everything Goes Wrong, they'll be playing the following dates and places:

24 - Southampton, Joiners Arms
26 - London, Hoxton Bar and Grill

A fair spread of dates indeed. When on form, they are a fine force live, being all three-part harmony and distorted guitars, pleasing to the easy to the max.
