As previously reported, Nirvana's now near-legendary (if not approaching folkloric) performance at 1992's Reading Festival is to get a DVD release. We have the track 'School', which appears somewhere in the front half of things, for your eyes only, embedded below.
The DVD will be colour-corrected from the original film with audio sourced from the original multi-track masters. Nirvana Live At Reading will be issued as a limited edition CD and DVD Deluxe edition as well as in DVD and CD only formats. The CD edition will be out November 3, DVD edition November 14.
The tracklisting for the DVD/CD is as follows:

That looks, and sounds, pretty full on despite just watching it on a PC.
I waaaaaasssss TTTTThhhhheeeeerrrreee
truth be told we got bored about halfway through and went to watch The Rockingbirds instead
yeah
Fond memories
I was at that reading and having an awful time. Our tent flooded, we got robbed and my mate was begging me to leave and go home. I asked her to stay just for Nirvana and boy we were glad we did!!
Didn't quite hit the mark this year.
Reading was distinctly lacking this kind of raw energy this year. The closest we got to anything near this on the main stage was Molly's Chambers.
The Bronx on the lock up though were insane.
me too
although not the rockingbirds bit....i just went back to my tent to smoke chillums, sniff poppers and burn rubbish
there too
first festival/proper band experience at the tender age of 14!
