Much touted US bleep-poppers Passion Pit have announced the cancellation of their May headline jaunt.
They were due to spearhead the inaugural Rob Da Bank package tour in support of debut album Manners (due for release on May 18th via Frenchkiss/Columbia), but a statement we received a couple of minutes ago reads thus:
Due to a personal situation at home, we will unfortunately not be able to play our May UK/Euro dates. We feel really awful about this and hope that everyone understands. We are looking forward to getting back overseas soon to make up all these shows for you.
They are expected to be back in the UK for festival appearances and rescheduled UK shows this Summer.
Dates affected are as follows:
May
11 Manchester Moho
12 Sheffield Leadmill
13 London Heaven
14 Southampton Orange Rooms
15 Brighton The Great Escape
16 Bristol Academy (w/ DJ Yoda & DJ Derek)
