Under 18? Fancy taking over Dazed & Confused?
It's rare we hear of magazines doing ground breaking things but the idea of Dazed & Confused letting people under the age of eighteen take-over their mag is quite something.
DiS would love it if someone who reads our site religiously would sign up to do this and inject a little bit of our world into this special issue. So here's what you have to do to get involved:
"What does it mean to be young and British today?
We're giving the under 18s in the UK the chance to take over our January issue. Dazed & Confused are looking for teenagers who have something to say. Whether they want to be a fashion designer, a writer, a photographer, an MC, or simply have no idea what the future holds but have something they want to shout about, we want to hear from today’s teens on what it’s like to be young in Britain today.
We'll then choose the best stories and our team of writers and photographers help make it happen.
Maybe you know someone who has an amazing story to tell. Whether all the ideas ends up making it into the magazine or not, we'll do our best to make sure that something from everyone gets onto Dazed Digital. And who knows what it might all lead to? Under 18’s wishing to enter should go to: dazeddigital.com/ArtsAndCulture/article/1336/1/Dazed_ConfusedTeenage_Takeover
Ideas must be in to us no later than Monday October 27 and the stories we choose will appear in the January issue of Dazed & Confused, out on the 11th December. The cover story is shot by Dior Homme’s Creative Designer Hedi Slimane and the magazine will contain a portfolio of youth, street cast from London’s most creative and stylish teenagers. "
And that's that. Good luck.

Doesn’t every broadsheet magazine do this once in a while – or am I getting confused with their ‘bring your children to work’ days?
