Reading 2002: More bands announced!!

After last weeks Carling Reading+Leeds Festival launch party - where certain dissers drank as much Carling as we could in 3hours - line-up has been added to with some of our favourite bands... The Main Stage has added scandavian gutter-rockers THE HIVES and the sexy post-punk lasses SAHARA HOTNIGHTS!

The Evening Session stage has added: Dis-favourites THE COOPER TEMPLE CLAUSE, Kim Deals THE BREEDERS, THE ELECTRIC SOFT PARADE, JIMMY EAT WORLD, At the Drive-In kidz THE MARS VOLTA and emo-boyo's RIVAL SCHOOLS.

We've also heard THE MUSIC and KINESIS will be playing. Not confirmed yet tho.

Reading 2002: More bands announced!!

Sean - The Music confirmed they were headling the Carling Stage about a week ago (it was the day after the official line up was first announced). Just thought you'd like to know, check their website - www.themusic.uk.com

That's a bit of an exaggeration.
Reading 2002 doesn't look like a patch on previous years (yet) - here's hoping a few more nice bands get added.

It has Rival Schools
All I need now is Thursday to be confirmed and I'll be one happy chappy
