Another strong choice of single
I havent seen such a strong run of singles from a band in such a long time... they deserve all the attention they are getting and probably more.
Now I know
everybody on here seems to love twenty one, but I think its absolutely rubbish. Apart from that young love song. But two doors down? Give me a flippin break!
...
such an old song, good choice to make it into an EP.
true dat
.
with the current wave of 'mortgage indie' on the wane
maybe bands like mystery jets will become the next bigs stars of the UK? sure, they're indie and they're guitar music about girls, but i think stylistically different and fresh enough compared to the wombats, the libertines, the kooks, the pigeon detectives, the cribs, the the the the the the the the the the... to make an impression
also on the EP
is a live version recorded on Live Lounge, and a cover of Flakes by Florence and the Machine :)
Florence And The Machine needs shooting.
That is all.
ah fuck off
that version is shit, saw it on youtube... gaaaaaaaaaaay
Two doors down is a fine bonkers pop song but ...
... he first of all says he likes the girl next door, then by the chorus its all about the girl two doors down. Am I missing something here, or is he confused ? Or paying the field ? Or fickle ? Or forgetful ?
live lounge version!/
of elizabeth? or two doors down? and also www.myspace.com/countcacolac is a good place to hear really sketchy demos of the songs most probably on the e.p
yeah
he's in love with 'THE girl next door', as in her personality, not physical location. i'm guessing that it would be 'in love with A girl next door' otherwise.
^
good point cidereagle
is BLEEDING LOVE not going to be on it??!
Damn that's a trick missed.
That 2 Doors Down debate again for the people above:

i die a little when i listen to any 21 tracks
i really wish that they had gotten weirder more like zootime than you cant fool me dennis pop. i guess they wanted to get a paycheck which isnt a bad thing but i feel that they are selling themselves short and it hasnt really worked has it? they are no bigger now than when they started in 2006
