"Hey peeps - we've decided to call it a day as far as Twist are concerned. Just want to say thanks to everyone for their support over the years. We’ve had a wicked time doing what we’ve done.

"Guess you guys are wondering why – well… Different people want different things. Life’s too short – you’ve got to get out there and do what you want to do when you want to do it.

"I’m (Emma) starting another band – I couldn’t not be on stage. Will be back within six months, promise!

"Everyone else has got their own plans – I ain’t too sure what this involves."
