Scandi-garage act the Hives have announced a handful of live shows for the spring.
The dates come after new single ‘We Rule the World (T.H.E.H.I.V.E.S)’ gets a release on the 25th of February. That the track will be bolstered by remixes from Nick Zinner (Yeah Yeah Yeahs) and Matt Helder (Arctic Monkeys) was reported back in December - you can still download Zinner’s mix, free, from here ‘til the 21st of January.

15 Newcastle Academy
16 Nottingham Rock City
17 Bristol Academy
18 London Brixton Academy
Tickets go on sale this Friday, 11th of January at 9am; priced at £17.50 ‘cept in London, where Ken Livingstone’s added another quid on top.
The band are also inviting you to send in your suggestions for the artwork to that new 10” – the winner’s will adorn the sleeve.
