Ipso Facto, Black Kids, Friendly Fires for Vice Live Tour
Vice have been plotting while the hype machine hibernates, setting Ipso Facto, Black Kids and Friendly Fires up in front of your very eyes for chatter-free judgement.
Following on from the recent bundling of These New Puritans, the Teenagers and Crystal Castles this Vice Live Tour calls in at four UK cities, bringing what the organisers are saying’ll be “the biggest party your city will see all year”.
Get in early while you can, it’s all downhill from:
January
30 Glasgow ABC2
31 Manchester Mint Lounge
February
1 London 93 Feet East
2 Bristol the Fleece
It’s free, of course; like past shows, like the magazine. Go to ViceLiveTour.com to register for tickets.

what happened..
to metronomy?!
Sorry, this isn't Vice is it?
Ipso Facto
are ace.
Facto.
but they charge £150
and like, no one's really heard of them and they wouldn't bring anyone
but they seem nice
but I got DJ Scotch Egg for that much!
!"K{"!OKJE
Glasgow
I want to go, but I don't know if I can put up with the walking-talking coked up haircuts that are going to present.
Ipso Facto
would definitely be as popular as they are despite going for all of five minutes even if they weren't all female and styled up beyond belief and probably and didn't know all the right people.....no, seriously.
Come on, lets be honest. They're a trendy style magazines wet dream. Their music is ok but as usual its a band being too hyped too early.
I would love to go to this
But aint getting my hopes up after applying early doors for tickets for the last Vice tour and never hearing a thing.
Not that I'm bitter.
£150
Not really much at all though is it!? A band needs at least that much guaranteed per gig to make a tour break even.
I just got sent my ticket
immediately after applying.
Is it
students only? Or is that a vicious myth my girlfriend has made up to avoid going?
Hmm
i wouldn't really say they'd bring any less than Friendly Fires though?
Meh.
This cat's got claws!
I helped form Ipso Facto.
FACT...O
beg to differ
I don't think they're so great, but these birds probably know the right people.
I hope not
the last one wasn't
My ticket got sent to my junk box
maybe yours did the same and you didn't notice?
Ipso Facto
They are a bit passe don't you think? It's like they took the worst bits from Neils Children, The Horrors and Theoretical Girl added some Rubber Soul era Beatles cuts and a few Biba frocks and there we go. I think their only good track is their opener, it gets progessively dire from there on in.
metronomy
were supposed to be on this exact tour, a least thats what it said when i signed up and in the magazine itself!
Riiiiiight
Neils Children and The Horrors don't have any bad bits. Idiot.
And Rubber Soul is a great album.
Let me guess, you only like songs like Yellow submarine, right?
