Too Pure – we’re sure you’ve heard of it, for it is a fine label and no mistake – has launched a singles club.
The subscription service will provide those who sign up for its delights with a variety of shiny seven-inch releases; each of these 7” discs will be limited to just 500 copies, with all but a very small number available exclusively through the subscription service. A small number will make it to select indie stores. And Rough Trade are to take care of digital download matters.
The service will launch in September, and will cost £30 for twelve singles. Among the acts lined up to appear in the series are LoneLady (DiScover piece here), Vera November and It Hugs Back. A launch gig has been announced for September:
