Les Stay Friends: Savy Fav LP details

Been a while... Les Savy Fav have announced details regarding Let's Stay Friends, released stateside on September 18 through Frenchkiss.

The record is their first long-play proper since Go Forth nearly six years ago and features many an ATP attendee's vocal contribution on 'Scotchguard the Credit Card' following Tim Harrington's derobed demands for a vocal contribution at Versus The Fans.

went to the ULU show for mars volta and they were gloriously upstaged by LSF, and first band on Apes... great stuff!

I went to the king tuts date, the apes were amazing as were Mars Volta I couldnt stay to the end of Les Savy Fav's set, but that has to be one of the best gigs i've ever been to. Memories...

I suppose looking at the clusterfuck they've been allowed to become by fans that'll buy any old shit they put out no matter what quality, they were fucking outstanding back then...

Although..

I'm loving the cat look - you should use a DiS photo of LSF taken at ATP vs the fans! Me and Gary risked life and limb for you people...albeit a very enjoyable experience, well, apart from the cameras being doused in fake blood...
