The band have decided to change the title of their new single, set for release in October, after the US terrorist attacks. The song was originally to be titled 'Speed Kills' but will now be named 'The People That We Love'.
The band made a statement expressing their wish to behave with sensitivity following the recent events. Gavin Rossdale's men are no strangers to controversy after their infamous feud with the Foo Fighters back in the mid 90's.
As for the album, it has a provisional title of 'Golden States'. although it is not known whether that will also be changed.
