Ted Leo & the Pharmacists have cancelled their upcoming UK dates.
"Family health reasons" were cited for the decision to cut short the tour, which was due to continue tonight in Nottingham. Another four shows have also bitten the bullet - see below for details:
July
2 Nottingham The Maze
3 Bristol Thekla
4 Newcastle Cumberland Arms
5 Brighton Pressure Point
6 London Borderline
The band's US dates are so far unaffected.

Bollocks. I'd just bought a ticket
to The Borderline gig at midday.
ANDY PISSED
raargh
but obviously
I hope everything is ok and he comes back when everything is coo.
he was in great spirits in glasgow
so presumably and hopefully the "family health reasons" aren't too serious.
Yay!
This means I get the Friday night off, need to be rested for T in the Park.
Some good with the bad. Although, I'd like to see Ted Leo more than any bands playing T in the Park ... (in the rain)
