jason pierce spiritualized

Spiritualized are to play four acoustic dates in April.

Jason Pierce will be joined by Spiritualized guitarist Doggen on keyboards but more excitingly a string quartet and a gospel choir. 'Acoustic' doesn't really do this justice now, does it?

The set will not be restricted to Spiritualized material alone, either; songs by Pierce's former band Spacemen 3 are to feature, as are a selection of covers.

This incarnation of Spiritualized will also be supporting Massive Attack on their February tour, and will appear at the All Tomorrow's Parties festival in April.

the 'acoustic mainlines tour' at all these venues bar ATP..but maybe thats just me...again.

he didn't play glasgow on the tour last year

i saw it in edinburgh and it was as good as the blurb suggests. spacemen stuff sounded tremendous.
