Wilco have announced a few details of their next studio album, which will be released in May.

Sky Blue Sky is out Stateside on May 15th through Nonesuch Records, and is to be released a day earlier in the UK. The album's the band's first studio effort since 2004's Grammy-winning A Ghost Is Born, and will be the first to feature the new line-up of Jeff Tweedy (guitars, vocals), John Stirratt (bass, vocals), Glenn Kotche (drums), Mike Jorgensen (keyboards), Nels Cline (guitars) and Pat Sansone (guitars, keyboards, vocals).

Speaking onstage at a gig in Nashville on Wednesday night (17 Jan), frontman Jeff Tweedy revealed that the tracklisting for the record was likely to include new songs 'We Can Make It Better’, ‘On and On and On’, ‘Is That The Thanks I Get’, 'Lullaby for Rafters and Dreams’ as well as an eponymous title track.
