Patrick Wolf will be putting out his next single, 'Bluebells', on New Year's Day, 2007.

The track will be available for download ahead of album The Magic Position's release on February 26th. As previously announced, Wolf will be touring around the album's arrival. Fresh.

2007 is actually the year of the pig. Where will you be on New Year's morning?

The fact that this is the second single

does not bode well for the album...tho ive only heard him do a session version on his own like...maybe on record theres some maaaad backing of violins and accordions etc...hopefully...

But it's a lovely song. From what i've heard of the album I think you're right, that there probably will be some kind of magical twist to it. Although I think I'm going to prefer the live and session versions for a while yet.
