Bloc Party to unleash special 7 incher

Bloc Party have announced one for the collectors. Buy their album online from Insound and receive a limited edition 7" including otherwise unreleased b-side 'We Were Lovers', as well as album track 'I Still Remember'.

Only the first 1000 customers to order A Weekend in the City will share in some 7000 inches of audio exclusivity. The Londoners' second album isn't released 'till the 5th of February, but the fanatic's smart money will go on pre-orders.

The band head out on a giant month-long tour at the end of January; to which they've added a show at The Old Fire Station in Bournemouth on Jan 24th. Other dates are here.

DiScuss: How much would you pay for a rare Bloc Party recording?

99p

no more

ive got one of their demo's...

i bought it at a metro show just before they got signed for £2 off of russell. how much would i get for it now do you reckon? it has three traxs from their first ever single and what i assume is one of the bands old phone numbers on it?

Something for...

The eBayers amongst us.

Or the collecters obv.

But people will put it on eBay. This point I'm trying to make is highly muddled.

i remember

about 2 years ago kele asking people not to sell them anymore on e-bay for various reasons (can't remember why) there were a few on there at that stage but none now.

The new record is horrible

I like the first couple of songs and then it just goes blllllllllllllllluuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrgggggggghhhhhhhh.

I'd pay 10p.

SOLD!

(not)

naaaaaaat*

doesn't the title suggest...

...something a little bit more fruity?

naughty boys.

fuck you rspce

shitty old batty

go on boys, shows us yr cocks...

heard from a friend kele is massively hung

New lp

It's quite boring. From what i have heard it's all effects rather than songs....

there was a chap

in a band who swapped demos with kele and flogged his copy of the demo on ebay a few months ago for around £180 to some nutter in america.

cock party

"a weekend in bed being raped by chunky steel effects pedals and matt tong's sampled drums"
