Deltasonic's charity Christmas party: details announced

Deltasonic is to celebrate Christmas a little early this year with a party on December 16 at Liverpool's Carling Academy.

The gig will feature The Coral, the band's only 'official' show of the year, The Dead 60s, The Little Flames, The Basement, The Suzukis, The Tigerpicks and Candie Payne. The night will be compered by Colin Murray. He is not signed to Deltasonic!

All acts are playing for free, with proceeds from the night going to Alder hay Children's Hospital. Organisers hope that the £20/£25 ticket price will add up to around £25,000 to give to the hospital. Which would be a very nice gift indeed, at a very suitable time of year.

Tickets for the gig (7pm 'til midnight) are on sale from 9am this Friday, November 17 for £20; for £25 attendees can stick around for the aftershow party (midnight 'til 4am) in the Academy 2. Tickets for the gig and the aftershow are limited, and available from the venue's box office for no booking fee and from the regular online outlets for a little extra.

Deltasonic

Like deltasound...

only different (and probably with better tunes)

I wish....

the coral would do a full tour this year.

I once read an interview ..

with the founder and owner of Deltasonic. He said that it was fact that "All good bands come from Liverpool. I have never heard a good band not from Liverpool."
Since that amazing show of blinkered viewing, I have refused to buy a Deltasonic CD. Also, I don't like any of the bands on it. So I spose this is a pointless post.

yes

yes it is.

especially if you saw candie payne.
for she is so very, very beautiful.

Now if Deltasonic

could release a Little Flames album...
