Bloc Party cancel US shows

Bloc Party have cancelled a number of shows in the US after drummer Matt Tong was admitted to hospital.
Tong suffered a collapsed lung during the band's set in Atlanta, where they were supprting Panic! At The Disco. He was hospitalised in the city, and is now in a comfortable condition.
Although he is said to be in no danger of further illness, Tong is being kept in for observations, just in case. It's not yet clear when he will be able to rejoin his bandmates, who have obviously cancelled a number of US dates in the immediate future.
The definitely affected shows are Charlotte, Fairfax and New York.
