Californian hip-hop outfit Subtle, right: you've heard of them? Good, good. Like 'em? You should: we gave their last long-player, For Hero: For Fool (out this week on Lex), ten-outta-ten. We don't do that all that often, y'know...

Well well, Subtle fans: the band are offering you the chance to remix one of their songs. Which is nice. They're calling it the Mercury Craze RMX contest, and the winner of said contest will have his or her remix posted on Subtle's website, their MySpace page and, like, elsewhere. And they'll love you. IN THE FACE. Oh, you'll get a load of free records, too.

What you need to do: click the links to get the raw vocal materials, and then fiddle 'til your heart's content.
