Bromheads Jacket: debut album news

Bromheads Jacket - whose name continually annoys me; surely it should feature an apostrophe, no? - have announced details of their debut album.

Well, it's unlikely the band themselves announced owt - more likely their label, Marquis Cha Cha did the deed, and did it dirty 'n' cheap. Maybe. AC/DC? Yeah, stick that shit on...

The album, Dits From The Commuter Belt (Dits? What?), is out on November 20. It contains some singles, you know. Here is a tracklisting for you. INGEST IT.

'Orton's Intro'
'What If's And Maybes'
'Wooley Bridge'
'Going Round To Have A Word'
'Poppy Bird'
'Fight Music For The Fight'
'Lesley Parlafitt'
'One Nautical Mile'
'Rosey Lee'
'He Likes Them Airbrushed'
'My Prime Time Kid'
'Trip To The Golden Arches'
'Hazy In Yately / Homicidal Psycho Jungle Cat'

I like them.

They are fun !

but november 20 sounds

like commercial suicide...

wasn't Homicidal Psycho Jungle Cat

the name of a Calvin and Hobbes cartoon?

More new songs...

Than I thought. Not so many of the demos.

Why????

Maybe I'm being stupid but why would that be commercial suicide?

usually not a good period

for an 'indie' band to get media coverage...

no!

its The Bromheads

look up your american history mister.

Yes.

The Bromheads? American History Mister?

I assumed "Bromheads Jacket" was a poorly-punctuated reference to Michael Caine in Zulu
