Musical megalomaniacal genius, Billy Corgan, will play a one-off solo date at the London Forum on June 15th.

William Jr to his dad will showcase songs from his forthcoming solo LP 'Thefutureembrace'.

Tickets are on sale now from all big ticket outlets.

Are you sure?! It's about 28 quid, for an album that nobody has even heard, and he's a quirky motherfucker at the best of times. I was considering it until I saw the price, but that's just outrageous. He's not some sort of deity that I should pay just to catch a glimpse of.

Wow! There aren't alot of comments on this one. I was bracing myself to deal with much Corgan-bashing. I'm relieved to see others on this--ahem--critical site atleast admitting the ex-Pumpkin is a genius. No, he's no "deity," but I think a Corgan performance is worth much!

The Pumpkins were seriously great live. Never saw Zwan. And I dunno about that price for his record? What's it made out of? Gold or platinum? I'd wait for the sale on the sale price.

*doing the math in his head* Over forty dollars for one record? Huh? WTF? Don't most of yer UK records cost about 10#?

28# to go to the live show is a different story, and worth the money. Have fun mr guntrip!

Ahhh sorry man, I meant '28 quid to *hear* a record*, since he's only going to be playing stuff from the new album, which, for all the majority know, could be a bit shite.

I know, like, seeing the man himself would be quite a cool experience, but I just don't see why he can't charge less. I guess he's charging it because he knows he can, but I just think its smacks of living off his former glories.

28 quid is nothing to go see billy corgan the man is a legend i seen the pumpkins and have always loved their music zwan not so good gave them a miss but from what i hear this album i ACE and being only 40 mins long i think its safe to say he will throw in some pumpkins tunes in during the gig prob an acoustic set
