More names for Leeds/Reading
The Cooper Temple Clause are admitted to the NME/Radio One second stage as they showcase material from their third album. Also added are My Chemical Romance, The Subways, and the band who could be this year's Rasmus/50 cent, Fightstar. Will Charlie and the boys get a tentful of plastic bottles aimed at them? All these band will play Friday at Reading and Saturday in Leeds.
Hot Hot Heat, The Kills and the Others are also on the festival's second stage, and have been confirmed for appearances on the Saturday at Reading and the Sunday at Leeds.
We're most excited by the fact that the Alkaline Trio return on the Sunday at Reading and Friday at Leeds on the mainstage. Hopefully the band will be offering songs from their forthcoming fifth LP. British Sea Power, Maximo Park and Willy Mason are added to the second stage for those days as well.
