Rejoice! Springsteen prepares new, low-key LP

Still seriously-bloody-good American legend, Bruce
Springsteen, is set to release a new record in the late spring.
The album, purported to be called 'Devils and Dust' was recorded in the last few months with producer Brendon O'Brien.
Boss fansite, Backstreets suggests that the album will be a return to Springsteen's acoustic 'The Ghost of Tom Joad' / ‘Nebraska’ sound. Fans will tell you that that is a good thing, as ‘Nebrasaka’ especially is totally ass kicking. Dude.
The provisional tracklisting for 'Devils and Dust' – expected in April is:
Devils and Dust
All the Way Home
Long Time Coming
The Hitter
All I'm Thinkin' About
Reno
Black Cowboys
Maria's Bed
Silver Palomino
Jesus Was an Only Son
Leah
Matamoros
Bank

brilliant!
I fecking love the Boss!
Nebraska is indeed a peach, however it,s not as good as Darkness On The Edge of Town. The guitar work in that album is supoib.
I recommend EVERYONE on this site buys the Live In New York City DVD. it is amazing and Bruce and the E Street Band put on a show and a half! This is how its supposed to be done.
I like Bruce.

Sounds good - I love GOTJ and Nebraska. Does anyone know of any live recording of the solo GOTJ tour?

Although I thought The Rising was ok, I'm well excited a Nebraska/Tom Joad style album is the way forward. Along with the new Idlewild, it shall be my most anticipated release of the year!
