A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a Korn fan at a concert in Atlanta late last month - see here for our original report on the assault.
Andy Richardson, 30, died after being attacked in the car park of the Hi-Fi Buys Amphitheater following the nu-metallers' Family Values Tour performance on July 30. Atlanta police have now arrested 24-year-old Michael Scott Axley after witnesses stepped forward.
Richardson was struck, causing him to fall to the concrete below. The impact left him braindead, and he later died in hospital.
Korn, meanwhile, have issued a statement via their website:
"All the bands on the Family Values Tour offer their sincerest condolences and prayers to the family of 30-year-old Andy Richardson."

seconded.
Yeah
It's a shame if that's the only statement Korn made. It might have been good if there'd been a little condemnation of these people. Right now that reads a bit like 'shit happens' to me.
It was Stealthy.
True?
